We want to take a moment to express our gratitude and appreciation to Katie and her family of North Paws. From the very beginning, our experience with Katie has been exceptional, and it's clear that she has a genuine passion for what she does. 

She is incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with all the information we needed to make a decision about bringing a puppy into our home. She took the time to answer all of our questions and address any concerns we had, ensuring that we felt confident and prepared for the journey ahead. She also asked us lots of questions about our home life, including set up to ensure the puppies are going to go caring homes. 

The care and attention to detail that has been put into raising our puppy were evident from the moment we first met them. Our puppy came to us healthy, well-socialized, and with all the necessary paperwork in order to help educate us but also provide some background to our puppies routine to date and family tree. It was clear that Katie had taken great care to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our puppy during their early weeks of life. 

Throughout the process, Katie has remained a reliable source of support and guidance. Readily available to answer any questions we've had and have provided valuable advice on everything from training to nutrition. It's comforting to know that genuine care about the well-being of the puppies even after they have found their forever homes.

'My Husband Sean contacted Katie at Northpaws to see if we could arrange a visit to see the puppy. Katie asked a lot of questions regarding our home lives etc she needed to be sure she was selecting the correct parents for her boy.

On our first visit we knew instantly that he had been born into a wonderful family home. Katie decided that we were to be his new parents, we decided to call him Charlie.

Me and Sean was so excited and started to buy all the essentials that a new puppy would need with lots of advice from Katie on what Charlie already liked/disliked. We had to wait a while as Charlie was too young to leave his mummy. Katie was in constant contact sending us progress updates photos and videos. We also received countdown photos.

The day came for us to collect our boy, we were so excited but also a little anxious to be taking him away from his family. When we arrived Katie had set up a welcome table that just was beautiful. It contained items for us to take home for Charlie. Food, Blanket, toy and an information pack. The information pack contained medical history, Family Tree, progress report, weight progress from birth. My favourite part was the lists of Firsts- all the things Charlie had already seen or heard. It was just amazing the time and thought that katie had put into it all.

Both Sean and I have had dogs in our lives for over 30 years, by far Katie is the most professional breeder we have ever dealt with.

Northpaws truly is an amazing home for any puppy to start their lives.

Katie was recommended to us by our son after he had a great experience with finding his puppy. From the first phone call with Katie we knew that we wanted to buy a puppy from her. Katie FaceTimed us so that we could see the puppies and we fell in love with Roxy. Katie made sure that Roxy would be going to a good home and asked us lots of questions. Katie answered all our questions and made us feel so welcomed. Through the next week Katie sent us lots of pictures and videos of Roxy and answered more questions that we had. On my husbands birthday Katie sent us a lovely picture of Roxy with a happy birthday sign it was such a lovely gesture
On collection day, Katie welcomed us into her home  with such kindness and again took time with us to answer all our questions, we met mummy dog and it was lovely to meet Katie’s family who were all so kind & helpful. We’re were greeted with a lovely pack to takeaway and a toy and food, again just a lovely gesture. Katie had all our paperwork in order with insurance, microchip included  and our kennel club paperwork which she took time to explain to us. It was time to say goodbye and Katie carried the puppies out to the car, she then gave them an emotional kiss goodbye and we started our new chapter.

Katie your knowledge, help & kindness was second to none and we can’t thank you enough for that.
We are totally in love with Roxy and she had settled into our family like a dream.

'We’ve had Cavaliers for many years and our current dogs were rehomed to us as adult dogs. So, when we decided to look for a new addition to our family we were faced with the daunting task of finding a breeder that met our own personal standards. Just by chance we met Katie and her husband and their dogs whilst walking on the beach at Chapel St Leonards and she introduced herself as “NorthPaws”. We left the beach with a business card and a good gut feeling about her and her lovely dogs.

Fast forward nine months and we have a beautiful Cavalier Black & tan puppy from Katie at NorthPaws. Our gut feeling turned out to be correct! We have been so impressed by the communications with Katie from the initial discussions to the detailed almost daily pictures and commentary provided in the most friendly and personalised manner as Daisy grew in the weeks from birth to our collection date.

Our Puppy has settled so well with our other two dogs and this has to be due to the quality and temperament of the parents and to the significant effort of Katie as a breeder.
Katie’s very personalised approach to us and to the significant care and attention to detail in all aspects of our puppy’s care both pre and post collection demonstrates what an excellent breeder she is and we can’t praise or recommend her highly enough.'

It was purely by chance we met Katie and her lovely mum, they had with them a beautiful cavalier and as we had not long lost our beloved Jasper we had to stop and say hi. 

We were impressed with Katie the moment we met her. She is very knowledgeable about both Cavaliers and Cavapoos. Katie covers every aspect of what it takes to be a responsible and caring breeder. I believe she would walk away from a sale rather than let a puppy go to the wrong home. 

She kept us in the loop from the moment Willow was mated until the litter was born. All beautiful pups, well socialised in the home environment. It was so hard to choose. However, Katie asks lots of questions, listens to the answers about you and what you want from a puppy and feeds forward everything she learns about you making sure you are guided to the right puppy. 

This led to a few months down the line a scrummy delicious Cavapoo who goes by the name Toby. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful boy who has filled a huge hole left by the loss of our previous dog. He is very easy to train, loves everyone and everything. This is all due to Katie and her family who put the hours in to achieve lovely, well manned, scrumptious pups. 

I would and have recommended her to everyone I know.

'We were looking for a puppy from an ethical breeder and from the point we contacted Northpaws, we knew they were the breeders for us.
We were able to meet Charlie’s (girl) mum, Narla ever before Charlie was a twinkle in her eye. We fell in love with her sweet disposition, beauty and personality.

We kept in touch throughout the process, asking Katie endless questions, as Narla became pregnant and throughout the pregnancy. We felt it was a real privilege to be able to witness Charlie from the ultrasound scan throughout the pregnancy, to the day of her birth.
It felt an age until we met her, and the other pups, but they were all equally adorable. Charlie came home with us at almost nine weeks, and she has enriched and enlightened our lives ever since.
I cannot recommend Katie and Northpaws enough. For us, there will never be another breeder for our future pups.'

'Katie of NorthPaws was great to deal with from first contact of when I saw the litter ad. We lived far away, so she was happy to do a video call that day (a Sunday) showing the puppies with their mum and talk about their traits. We never felt rushed into making a decision, but quickly fell in love with one of the boy puppies.

The process was easy, with Katie sending regular photo and video updates of our puppy. We were sent lots of information about caring for our puppy and what we needed to have in place prior to our collecting him - this really helped as we’d never had a dog before.

Collection day was exciting and easy, we were welcomed at Katie’s house and spent time meeting the puppies’ mum and having puppy cuddles with him & his littermates. We chatted with Katie about his current routine and received a pack of his first food, part of a starter kit, before we made our journey home with our new family member.

If we were looking for another puppy, we’d definitely go straight back to NorthPaws. A lovely experience and Katie is always on hand with any support needed.'
