Cavapoo Puppy
It was purely by chance we met Katie and her lovely mum, they had with them a beautiful cavalier and as we had not long lost our beloved Jasper we had to stop and say hi.
We were impressed with Katie the moment we met her. She is very knowledgeable about both Cavaliers and Cavapoos. Katie covers every aspect of what it takes to be a responsible and caring breeder. I believe she would walk away from a sale rather than let a puppy go to the wrong home.
She kept us in the loop from the moment Willow was mated until the litter was born. All beautiful pups, well socialised in the home environment. It was so hard to choose. However, Katie asks lots of questions, listens to the answers about you and what you want from a puppy and feeds forward everything she learns about you making sure you are guided to the right puppy.
This led to a few months down the line a scrummy delicious Cavapoo who goes by the name Toby. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful boy who has filled a huge hole left by the loss of our previous dog. He is very easy to train, loves everyone and everything. This is all due to Katie and her family who put the hours in to achieve lovely, well manned, scrumptious pups.

We want to take a moment to express our gratitude and appreciation to Katie and her family of North Paws. From the very beginning, our experience with Katie has been exceptional, and it's clear that she has a genuine passion for what she does.
She is incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with all the information we needed to make a decision about bringing a puppy into our home. She took the time to answer all of our questions and address any concerns we had, ensuring that we felt confident and prepared for the journey ahead. She also asked us lots of questions about our home life, including set up to ensure the puppies are going to go caring homes.
The care and attention to detail that has been put into raising our puppy were evident from the moment we first met them. Our puppy came to us healthy, well-socialized, and with all the necessary paperwork in order to help educate us but also provide some background to our puppies routine to date and family tree. It was clear that Katie had taken great care to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our puppy during their early weeks of life.
Throughout the process, Katie has remained a reliable source of support and guidance. Readily available to answer any questions we've had and have provided valuable advice on everything from training to nutrition. It's comforting to know that genuine care about the well-being of the puppies even after they have found their forever homes.
Our puppy is not only adorable but also possesses a wonderful temperament, which is a testament to NorthPaws expertise in breeding and socialising puppies. It's evident that they have put thought and care into selecting and pairing the right parents to ensure healthy and well-rounded puppies.

Cavapoo Puppy
Katie was recommended to us by our son after he had a great experience with finding his puppy. From the first phone call with Katie we knew that we wanted to buy a puppy from her. Katie FaceTimed us so that we could see the puppies and we fell in love with Roxy. Katie made sure that Roxy would be going to a good home and asked us lots of questions. Katie answered all our questions and made us feel so welcomed. Through the next week Katie sent us lots of pictures and videos of Roxy and answered more questions that we had. On my husbands birthday Katie sent us a lovely picture of Roxy with a happy birthday sign it was such a lovely gesture
On collection day, Katie welcomed us into her home with such kindness and again took time with us to answer all our questions, we met mummy dog and it was lovely to meet Katie’s family who were all so kind & helpful. We’re were greeted with a lovely pack to takeaway and a toy and food, again just a lovely gesture. Katie had all our paperwork in order with insurance, microchip included and our kennel club paperwork which she took time to explain to us. It was time to say goodbye and Katie carried the puppies out to the car, she then gave them an emotional kiss goodbye and we started our new chapter.
Katie your knowledge, help & kindness was second to none and we can’t thank you enough for that.
We are totally in love with Roxy and she had settled into our family like a dream.

Cavalier puppy
'My Husband Sean contacted Katie at Northpaws to see if we could arrange a visit to see the puppy. Katie asked a lot of questions regarding our home lives etc she needed to be sure she was selecting the correct parents for her boy.
On our first visit we knew instantly that he had been born into a wonderful family home. Katie decided that we were to be his new parents, we decided to call him Charlie.
Me and Sean was so excited and started to buy all the essentials that a new puppy would need with lots of advice from Katie on what Charlie already liked/disliked. We had to wait a while as Charlie was too young to leave his mummy. Katie was in constant contact sending us progress updates photos and videos. We also received countdown photos.
The day came for us to collect our boy, we were so excited but also a little anxious to be taking him away from his family. When we arrived Katie had set up a welcome table that just was beautiful. It contained items for us to take home for Charlie. Food, Blanket, toy and an information pack. The information pack contained medical history, Family Tree, progress report, weight progress from birth. My favourite part was the lists of Firsts- all the things Charlie had already seen or heard. It was just amazing the time and thought that katie had put into it all.
Both Sean and I have had dogs in our lives for over 30 years, by far Katie is the most professional breeder we have ever dealt with.
Northpaws truly is an amazing home for any puppy to start their lives.

Rabbits As Therapy
After contacting a few people on a pet buying website, nobody was interested in my experience / set up or answering my questions until I came across Katie. Katie took alot of time to answer my questions and asked me about our experience with rabbits and asked about our set up and what my plans were for our bunnies.
We went to see the bunnies and fell in love. They had a great set up and looked happy and healthy and we couldn't wait to take them home when they were old enough. Katie supplied a very detailed document all about looking after bunnies prior to collection which I thought was great. When we collected the bunnies we were given handover food and a contract. Nothing was ever too much for Katie, she was so accommodating.
Overall we were 100% satisfied with every part of this buying journey and are delighted to have two new members of the family!
Rabbits for Education
'I purchased 2 male rabbits from North Paws for our specialised small animal care unit. The rabbits will be cared for by our learners with special educational needs. I wanted to purchase my rabbits from a responsible breeder who had taken care to handle and understand the importance of socialising with their rabbits prior to sale. From the moment I met Katie at NorthPaws, I knew I was in good hands. The rabbits have been raised with great care, as evidenced by their friendly demeanour and impeccable condition. Additionally, the rabbits were accompanied by a comprehensive care sheet and a safe-to-eat guide, which is particularly beneficial for novice owners. I would like to personally thank Katie for her support throughout the process and I have no doubt that I will use Katie in the future for more rabbits for our unit. Our First Pet
'This Summer we purchased two mini lips from North Paws and were able to give them their forever home. Purchasing these bunnies from NorthPaws was such a positive experience. Katie cares deeply for her rabbits and the space and care they receive is fantastic. Katie’s knowledge and experience in looking after rabbits supported us as new bunny owners and she was very happy to answer any questions we had. After choosing Pebbles and Clover, Katie then sent us updates and photos to keep us informed about their growth and development. She also kept regular contact with them so they were confident and happy rabbits when we collected them. The supply of 2/3 days of pellets ensured I could then buy the same brand, which made the transition to their new home a much easier one for them.'
