Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the purchase of one of our animals 

We use the information that you have given us in order to: 

·  Form a sales contract 

We will share this information with Pet Plan Insurance, Agria Pet Insurance, Microchip database. 

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are: 

·  We have a contractual obligation and legal obligation

How we store your personal information:

Your information is securely stored. 

We keep your name, address, photo ID, contact numbers and email addresses for three years. Any CCTV recording are stored for 180 days in a secure cloud system. We will then dispose of your information by shredding paperwork and permanently deleting electronic documents.
