What our vision looks like ...

• We understand our breeds and follow the Five Welfare Needs in the Animal Welfare Act 2006 
• We read, watch, listen and absorb as much knowledge as we can from a variety of sources. We are always developing and are not adverse to change, we aim to share what we learn with others
• We follow several socialisation and enrichment programmes with our animals. We know their history. We breed to preserve and better the breed. We DO NOT inbreed (also known as line breeding) this means we do not breed closely related animals. We understand the importance of genetic diversity, not over using breeding stock and aim to strengthen our breeds by preventing them from being an island population
• We do not just breed, we work hard to educate our owners. We are open, clear and strive for the best in everything we do 
• We love to keep in contact with our owners and see how their babies are growing
